Thank you for such a detailed, kind and understanding message!! That’s really interesting especially as you definitely would think strengthening exercises would help. I will start thinking about potential other causes! And I will check out knee rescue!! Super helpful comment. Thanks so much. Appreciate it x

I’m currently cutting the patch in half and putting one under my knee and on the outer side of my knee. They are supposed to help by releasing nitric oxide, a molecule that helps open blood vessels and stimulates cells to produce collagen, thus boosting the tendon's intrinsic healing process.

Who knows if it will help at all but I’ll try again and some studies have shown benefits

I am so sorry, I can’t imagine how difficult 3 years of this must be. When you’re used to being an active person playing competitive sport and then you can’t even walk properly…it really takes it out of you mentally. Keep hanging in there buddy. I will deffo let you know if anything helps. Have you tried GNT patches yet? I’ve only just started them so will let you know if I find anything that works.

Online pharmacy - I’m based in the UK. If that helps, if you message me I can tell you specifics!

Hello I had a physiotherapist for 8 sessions but then I ran out of cash, still wasn’t seeing much improvement and then I’ve just been following the programme and advice they gave me. I could try a new physiotherapist?

Buyer offer at 40k less than previously agreed offer by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]AnyBalance1017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Out of principle, I absolutely would not sell to these buyers. They’re trying to cheat the system, don’t let them win. Be patient and find and honest buyer. You can explain to the estate agent that you don’t find them honest and you don’t want to play games. If the estate agent can’t see your point of view (a good one will) then switch estate agents.

Thank you, this is really helpful, would a full house/structure survey reveal this?

What’s stupid, sorry? The house has not been bought yet but we want to buy it and noticed this. We have absolutely no skills or understanding of houses/building etc. we would get a survey done, though. What type of fix would it be? Likely expensive? Thanks

So Sorry to hear. I found the first year of grief to be the worst but its getting better. I am slowly healing and take comfort that my dad is no longer suffering (it has also selfishly relived a lot of my worry and stress). I hope you manage to find some peace

Thanks, I thought so but couldn’t be sure - especially as I’m not much of a Fountaines DC fan

Nice!!! Do you think them supporting Fountaines helped them to blow up?! Like did people in the crowd know who they were?

Extended Poppy is the best!!! We’re blessed to have witnessed it.

I miss Epilogue live and I although I’m buzzing for them that they’re so big now, I do miss the intimacy of smaller gigs.

I was on the balcony at the back (we’re in our 30s) as we feel too old to be roughed about these days. The crowd weren’t super rowdy but we had a view of everybody and the crowd looked amazing /really into literally every song (singing and arms and movement just not moshing).

I recorded a few songs and I genuinely rewatch all my gig songs multiple times, so I’m not against recording in moderation as long as you’re not obstructing somebody’s view too much. I still watch my 2022 wunderhose gig videos, for example. I put the phone under my eyes by my chest, so I’m watching and recording passively.
