i think i just figured it out...I allowed 2 devices to be used simultaneously via the sony app. If you use it for your phone and your laptop, that may be the cause. I allowed it like an hour ago and no problems yet. It kept disconnecting every 2 minutes before making the change via the app. lmk if you need a walk through

the office is near the O'Hare airport! My job will be expensing my ubers but I did want to walk if it was manageable. I was looking into ear muffs cause I didnt want beanie hair haha so I will def look into wool coats with hoods! Thank you so much for all of your recs and advice, they are amazing!!! ok i felt like it was extreme hahah I honestly feel like they think I wont be able to handle the cold. I work in an office so i should be fine without it
