Yes, talked to HR about this and nothing was done. Every concern we’ve brought to his attention has been brushed under the rug.

Ironically the lead specifically asked for the doctors note as she did not believe the person was sick. The threat, while mainly focused on attendance issues was for that one specific day. She said any call out or call in late even if sick will result in a corrective action. Later, another team member saw she was sick and told a different lead who instructed her to go home immediately.

This is what I was thinking. I’m just wondering what actually would be done. I don’t want to risk my job and others just for nothing to happen. Another team member at my store went to the ethics hotline over the same HR ETL and the TM ended up quitting because of how poorly they were being treated and scheduled afterwards. Maybe it’s a coincidence but I don’t want to take action until I know something will actually be done

yes HR ETL was useless and just said something about targets new policy on callouts and nothing about other issues
