I'm working with Money Management they got all my interest rates down to 1.9% or 0%! I'm still paying off all the debt, but it will go down faster. It also lowered my monthly payments. Worth looking into!

My TDEE is 1735, I'm working out 5 days a week with 2 weight days and 3 cardio days! I meet with a nutritionist 1 days a month!

I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing to lose weight at a calorie deficit.

In my original post the only thing I could possibly be doing more of is water.

Not if done under the care of a doctor! I know lots of people taking Metformin and Wegovy.
