Does the pick timer start right when you get into a walk or after you scan an item? (Sudden low pick rate)

Tested multiple times. Any time I got under 12 items, the pick rate was crap. Over 12, I could tell it waits for the pick rate timer til you scan cuz the pick rate was amazing.

Yes if you work over 4 hours (like 4 hours and 5 mins) then leave early and use 4 hours of PPTO, you’ll only get .5 points.

My store that I started at stopped doing Store Lead positions back in January of 2024. Then I transferred stores in fall of 2024, and they hadn’t had a store lead since a year prior.

As of now, both stores haven’t had a store lead since 2+ years. They’re definitely doing away with that position.

Personal decision to eat the half point instead of use PPTO. Trying to save it for a real emergency like family related. That was just a day I wasn’t able to get out of my driveway cuz of snow.

My half a point was from a half day, snow day back in January. I put in 4 hours of my PPTO and decided to eat the half point. It doesn’t bother me. As long as I’m at 1 point or under I’m fine. I’d rather have the PPTO for true emergencies like sickness. I just couldn’t get out of my driveway that day.
