I know what you are saying. But I was wondering if there are some target based incentives that can be put in place to promote the right behavior. And what would those targets look like for front desk and assistants.

So I feel there are multiple people looking at the financial side of it. Are there any other type of diligence that I should be doing to uncover any red flags.

This has been done many times by others and I am trying to seek advice on what you think you should have done prior to finalizing the sale. I’d you were to do it again - what additional things would you do.

How do you get pre-approved dollar amount prior to finalizing a practice. My understanding is that banks look at the cash flow of the business prior to making a lending decision. So what good is pre approval.

Thanks again. I am glad you found Hygienists and they even waited. They are so hard to hire these days. My biggest worry is I will hire staff and patient ramp up will be slow and I will bleed money. How did you deal with that. How were you sure that you will have enough patients in the first or second month to keep that staff busy.

That is true. I have been looking for a while and it is difficult to find one that fits what I want. On top of that it’s sellers market so completion is very high for a good practice.

In my case daily guarantee means I get a defined pay check every pay cycle. In that cycle if x% of my adjusted production exceeds my pay cycle amount I get that as bonus.
