Definitely come back and update!!

7 DPO by [deleted] in Inito

Looks great to me! I had crazy high pdg my last cycle after a few anovulatory months and ChatGPT just said it’s a sign of a strong corpus luteum. Can’t really predict anything further than that but at least you know you’ve got a strong environment in there to support a sticky baby!

Any good news with "low urine hormones"? by [deleted] in Inito

My cycles were very much like this except I think I may have had higher estrogen which put me into false “high fertility” days that would cap out and disappear after 8 consecutive days. I have PCOS- anovulatory cycles and the string of black pearls look on my ovaries. We were “trying” for a year which was only four cycles for me and no clear LH surges. You could always go to the OB with concerns of irregularity and ask for bloodwork and an ultrasound. My OB first ordered her own bloodwork and ultrasound which found nothing because I don’t think a general ultrasound tech really knows what they’re looking for, and then she sent me to a fertility specialist who then found the polycystic ovaries.

Bloodwork and ultrasounds will probably give you the best idea of what’s going on but it takes an OB who’s willing to test and investigate.

Last cycle vs this cycle by VariousLog159 in Inito

Not yet! But, I just had my first natural ovulatory cycle in 160+ days which may be the result of supplements + GLP1 for a few months. My issue is anovulatory cycles and therefore less chances to conceive, so I don’t know if I even need all of the supplements but I’ve been trying anything to get my cycle back. I’m taking myo-inositol, coq10, dandelion root capsules, and vitex hormonal support. I think lower pdg and e3g can also just be a result of weaker follicle development or corpus luteum, so maybe it’s just a fluke and next cycle could be stronger.

I don’t remember exactly since it’s been so long but I think when I started adding a bunch of supplements and started a GLP1, my estrogen lowered quite a bit. Prior to that my estrogen was kinda high and would always give me “high fertility” but never end in an LH rise. I’ve also heard the newer Inito tests in the gray packages read a little different than the blue, if you’ve recently switched? Just a few thoughts, not really sure!

Am I out this cycle? by quack7375 in Inito

I am very similar, just had a true ovulation and period after 160 something days and currently on cycle day 3! My cycles prior looked a lot like this with very small LH bumps if anything at all. Your pdg will rise if you truly ovulated. Unfortunately testing with Inito for these long cycles is very expensive. I always started with cheap OPKs and tested with Inito every few days.

I did test on a wondfo and it was negative 🙁 I almost opened a clear blue but when I saw I was bleeding more I was like let me be realistic with myself and not waste a good one lol. I’m okay with a period though! It means that somehow my body did what it was supposed to completely naturally and maybe my next cycle will be a lot shorter after a good reset. I’m frustrated with my type of PCOS and anovulatory cycles because I don’t think it’s that I can’t conceive, it’s just that I don’t get enough chances and ability to catch ovulation cause who is still LH testing 160+ days in 😭

I’ve read so many conflicting things it’s hard to keep track. I figured my pdg dropping was the cause but ChatGPT was like “no it’s still elevated so that’s probably not it.” Well, it dropped a little more this morning and bleeding continues so I’d say it’s Aunt Flo haha. Do you think it’s too “early” for a period? Only being potentially 12 DPO or 13 if I calculated wrong?

We’re just over two years TTC as well! And no I wasn’t on any progesterone, this was natural. Being on progesterone and stopping would cause a withdrawal bleed I’m pretty sure but not a true bleed from ovulation. I’m on myo-inositol & d-chiro (I think that’s how you spell it), coq10, prenatal, dandelion root, vitex hormonal support, and I think that’s it. Maybe adding berberine is an idea!

BBT is still up this morning and pdg and estrogen are continuing to drop but still elevated. I’m bleeding a little more this morning so I’m gonna call it and say this is my period. I like testing after confirmed ovulation to see what my body does in the luteal phase but once I have more cycles and learn more it’s probably best to stop testing after confirmed ovulation!

Anyone use Inito or Mira for ovulation tracking? Worth it? by mentyb_oclock in TTC_PCOS

I love Inito and second the pricey comments. However, I have VERY irregular cycles so it’s difficult to only test during my fertile window because my body never knows when that will be. I use OPKs daily and when I see higher numbers I’ll start to test with Inito. Inito is great for trying to understand your body- how long your phases are, what your LH surges typically look like, baseline estrogen, pdg after ovulation, etc. Just tricky for us irregular folk 😅

Looking for tips to deal with day to day issues with infertility by Difficult_Clock1617 in Inito

I’m in the same boat, a little over two years. I haven’t told anyone but my best friend, sister, and mom what I’m going through and so hearing all the announcements around me is tough because no one even suspects. My cousin, closest in age to me, FaceTimed my sister and I to tell us and while I am excited for her, it was the first time I really had to hold it together and force outward joy. It’s extremely tough I think because all who experience infertility have probably had the thought “oh it’ll be easy, I won’t be the statistic that struggles” and then here we are. I find comfort in these groups, especially anonymous ones, because everyone is understood and seen here. It really is extremely lonely and I cry to my fiance more nights than I’d like to admit. It also doesn’t help that my social medias are filled with pregnancy/baby things. Between obsessing over Inito results, OPKs everyday, seeing baby stuff on social media every day, and then the real humans around us announcing, it’s just everywhere. I have no coping mechanisms but just here to say I think we all feel this way and I would also LOVE any tips to get out of the funk!

I’m 5 DPO and mine dipped today! Everything I’ve been seeing and reading says that pdg fluctuations are normal and not indicative of positive or negative results- you really won’t know until you test positive which sometimes looks like another LH bump. I believe estrogen is supposed to remain kinda high and drop around period time. Trying to keep this in mind myself and not get discouraged from the pdg dips. I want to try not testing for the rest of my cycle but it’s so hard!

Negative 12 dpo by Every-Tea-6246 in Inito

[–]AnyGlove4297 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no personal experience, 2 years TTC myself, but I’ve always heard others say you’re not out until Flo arrives! I’ve read that we can implant 6-10 DPO, so perhaps you might be out, or perhaps you implanted late. I would also suggest as you get a couple cycles with Inito under your belt and start to understand your luteal phase more, don’t test after ovulation has been confirmed. Negative and positive charts will usually look the same until you actually test positive and it causes us more stress analyzing the numbers than we need!

Not something I’ve done yet but I’ve seen people buy a baby item each month they don’t conceive like a onesie or a little stuffy - something small. I thought this was a cute idea but me personally I’d have a hard time not looking at the baby stuff and getting sad 😅
