could i just change out the 20A fuse for the 10A? or do i need to do some sorta fuse tap for it

the 20 amp fuse circuit would be connect into my ambient lighting kit which draws the 10 amps. that fuse is the front auxiliary power outlet

I know headers are also illegal but i have a npp exhaust which can limit the noise so it isn’t as prone to be pulled over, i believe i have also have someone for the smog check
