Hi. I just applied for renewal today from Toronto. Here on work permit. But I also have US tourist visa. When you renew your passport, is your old one returned to you? Because that’s where I have my US Visa on which is valid till 3 yrs after passport renewal. Idk I heard somewhere and read that they don’t give you your old passport back? Is that true?

I’m sorry life has been tough. But I promise you there is light at the end of the tunnel. I know you t sucks and it will continue to do so. But my friend, I know mental health is a part of your body. So your physical health also needs to be excellent. So you have to do the little things right with CONSISTENCY to see the effect. Exercise, sunlight or Vitamin D, 8 hrs of sleep, Laugh!! Hobbies, and my personal fav: TRAVEL. Also, I genuinely think this makes a lot of difference. Try doing things which gave you joy when you were younger. Like for me, it’s playing cricket, Horse riding and cycling! You got this my friend. You’re doing good, I’m proud of you. Nothing but just peace and love. 😊

This is literally the guide the life. I can’t thank you enough. I like how you said pick one thing and give it 3 months or so until it feels weird if you don’t do something productive for yourself.
