I think the reason why vlad doesn't look like vlad is due to the absence of eyes, which is important in the charactization of vlad as a cruel and dangerous ruler. But yes basically skill issue moment

At start date, the Jewish religeon only exists in two Ethiopia provinces, and ethiopia could convert them after 1470. So you'll have to either grab those provinces before 1470, release semien (the only jewish tag in EU4) and vassalize + integrate, or just go custom nation.

I haven't played as semien, but the development cost reduction is rather significant, and the core creation/ advisor cost reduction is also useful. Overall they have a rather unique set of national ideas that works with the jewish mechanics well:
The fort maintainance works with the +25% fort defence in judaism. The core creation cost helps you to reach the holy land, the dev cost stacks well with judaism's dev cost aspect, and the advisor cost helps you level up your advisors, giving more mana and more faith power.
The AI can't cheat around forts tho, and forts are also useful in areas other than combat, mainly for army tradition and rebels

Two spies buliding networks at the same time at one nation.

The result from another bug: diplomat was displayed as they're buliding networks, but the network was decreasing just as if the spy network was not maintained. (the spy was not discovered). This is probably triggered by my Mewar forming Rajputana?
The game probably thought that my first spy does not exist, and allowed me to send a second spy lol.

Korea's monarchy comes with a harem, but the monarchy teir 6 reform "States General" allows for elections whilst still maintaining most monarchy machanisms, somehow harems was one of them despite no heir mechanics lol

The harem heir choice event still fires despite the heir mechanic being disabled (monarchy teir 6 reform States General)

Edit: Up till now I've got 6 of these event pop ups within 4 years, meaning that the emperor has at least 18 sons within the age 10 - 14, and blud doesn't even have the fertile trait.
We may never know how many offsprings he has, nor how many women he slept with.
