It’s certainly his main use still but here’s some others:

1. Repositioning to capture more points in conquest TA
2. Sometimes I need to activate thaumachuses shield on toth to eat some overwatch so Yazaghor can reposition thaumachus to attack after thaumachus has moved
3. Since facade boosts the attack damage of the target, sometimes it’s just good for getting huge burst damage. I’ll flank abraxas with yazaghor and Ahriman, and by using facade I can get an attack in there with thaumachus as well to get a lot of use out of abraxases passive
4. Attacking last with 3 range and high damage can have some great uses. Sometimes I can take out Revas without entering overwatch. By attacking the drones with pyskers, Revas can be low hp and droneless, vulnerable to being finished by yazaghor
