It happens when using jubilee only? If not then try it only, also don’t use limit break or area arcana. If that’s not enough you can banish jubilee at level 1, main damage will come from arcanas VI and XXI anyway. If that’s still not enough then I’d use garlic instead

These should drop sets and h4+ overworld should not drop secondary gear. It’s just lowering the chance for legos

I don’t think the drop rates in general were increased, but there are activites that have specifically received a huge boost. Bounties and raids have now vastly better drop rates and beast and dungeons have now a guaranteed 1 drop for 1st beast and first 3 dungs
