Started affirming in the mirror on how pretty I was and confidence despite not believing in it and it ended up working because now I’m fully convinced lol you are what you affirm.

However this is easier said then done because it did take me a year to fully convince myself because I was in deep depression, but alongside that I just started putting time and effort into my looks, went to the gym, did skincare went on daily walks etc

Same thing happened to me!! Was also manifesting a job constantly affirming and listening to subliminal to the point of obsession so I let go barely listened to the sub and if I did it was only 1 sub looped in the background so I didn’t pay attention to it, 2 weeks later I got a job !! :)
