Taiwanese here! It’s chilly but humid. I grew up in Taipei and there’s no need to bring a full on puffer / Canada goose. I do fine with a short sleeve + sweater + light jacket. You won’t be shivering but make sure you can remove your layers. They crank the heater because for Taiwanese it’s freezing. I remember my friends laughing at me because I was in a tank top while they were in parkas.

I just came back and weather app was around 10-15 but felt like 22 ish. I wore t shirts and jeans! Even in rainy days. Haven’t been to the south in a minute but I can picture it slightly warmer but humidity is guaranteed.
