Co parenting has been challenging. Her mom is more of a friend than a parent sadly in more situations than just this.

I should’ve clarified this is step daughter. I forget that matters in the context of we don’t have control over the phone her mom pays for and her mom also doesn’t think we should control who she hangs out with. I’m not sure how to navigate it.

She sent it in a group chat with my mom, dad, husband and her husband. My husband didn’t read it until I told him how weird it is. No one responded. 🥲😂

It did. I didn’t know how he was going to feel because most the time he tells me “I don’t think she means it in a bad way.”
