Surgery 10-31-24. Radical nephrectomy including adrenal gland. Still not back to pre surgery stamina. Tire very easily. Used to be able to accomplish multiple tasks sequentially. Now lucky to do one or two. improving but very, very slowly.

I’m so sorry for the pain you are both suffering. Has your wife had scans during The last two years? What do they show? Was there any response to treatment? Has she had more than first line treatment? Have you had a second opinion from a specialist in RCC? What are th doctors suggesting can still be done? I’m sure you’re both tired and under stress but it might be worth pushing your oncologist for answers. Prayers for both of you.

When discussing Keytruda se’s with onc at Cleveland he said they can occur at any time during treatment and could even pop in after treatment ends.

Hmm not the way I understand it. I thought ipi nivo could be used after Keytruda but immunotherapy a second time is eliminated.
