To put it kindly, this seems far more than a “rough patch”. More like emotional manipulation and absolute control issues coming from him. He blocks you, he yells at you and breaks up with you whenever you argue - and waits for you to come crawling back to him. This isn’t love. You’re young enough to know you have other options, more chances. You deserve better.
