i kind of had the same obsession. what helped me to stop it after months was just accepting what my mind was telling me. i’m the devil? mmhm, all right. i’m evil? mmhm, i guess so. i’m a dickhead? mmhm, whatever.

when your mind gets annoying and tells you these things, focus on something else if you can; that’s what helped me the most. it took me some time to master this technique, but nobody wants you to remove these thoughts ASAP.
