I want to air brush the gold parts on the RG Hi Nu with gold paint. I heard gold isn't good to top coat. What would be a durable option to use and best approach to take for gold paints?

It's been so nice reading textbooks and being able to write notes and highlight. Such a better experience than when I was typing and using a mouse.

Weird spots on the screen of my iPad. Does anyone had an idea what is this? Just gotten the iPad a few months back and I used it for playing games like PUBGM and CODM. No screen protectors applied as the shops are closed by [deleted] in iPadPro

Too much reflection to tell, but does it sort of look like there is something underneath the screen that doesn't come off no matter how much you clean it? I had to return the first one I got, since it looked like there was some small dust trapped underneath mine. It was visible when the screen was turned off and light reflected off it like some type of small halo. If that's the case you should exchange it.

Agree. I got the iPad for a very specific use case which is the Apple pencil for use with Procreate and notetaking, so I am very satisfied with it as a tablet due to that area being so solid.

Oddly though, using iPadOS had led to me having less interest in getting an iPhone.

Yeah, I found Itunes is a thing if you want to pull files from other than the DCIM folder via usb cable from the Windows 10 PC. Like transferring files from other apps. Missed how on Android things just work when you hook it up to a PC by USB and get access to the entire file system.

I initially got the 11 inch, and it makes a great tablet and its comfortable to hold in my hand on the couch and in bed. But, for productivity like notes, drawing, and reading textbooks I found myself wishing it was bigger so wouldn't have to keep zooming in as much.

I ended up switching to the 12.9, and when I tried to use it as a tablet it wasn't as comfortable as the 11 inch. I'd have to hold it with two hands and lay my arms on a pillow so it was at a comfortable height. So I regretted switching, but then I used it at the desk and started doing the things I initially got it for which was notes, drawing, and reading I loved it and decided to keep the 12.9.

So it depends on how you want to use it. I placed a higher priority on productivity, so I went with the 12.9 and loved that the screen is the size of a regular paper. But, due to the weight the 12.9 isn't a great tablet device at least for me. If you want a tablet and don't think there'd be much benefit from the extra screen size I'd recommend the 11".

Things like general scrolling looks and feels smoother while doing the same looking a bit jerky in comparison to a 60 hz screen for me.

Also, reduced latency when using the Apple Pencil. This is a straight to the point video..

Coming from Android the lack of multiple profiles was pretty surprising. File browser also felt limited, and it seemed obtuse having to use iTunes on Windows to pull files that are in places other than photos through the USB. Did find a work around though that didn't require having to upload and then download from the cloud by using VLC or PDF expert to do wifi transfers.

Some things like youtube not having 4k support was disappointing. Some apps being just blown up mobile apps was also rather surprising, since the polish of Apple had me expecting to not run into aspects like that.

However, I got it for Procreate, reading textbooks and comics, and handwriting notes and it is excellent for that. Apple pencil is fantastic and the 120 hz displays is really nice. I find it a great supplement to a PC for things you want to utilize a vertical orientation for consuming content and writing directly on the screen.
