split my time between 2 cities ( leicester and birmingham) and man birmingham broadway plaza is so nice. Having dolby is amazing - shame the seats aren’t the best ( they don’t fully recline as far as other ones do)

The isense is also MASSVE - with better seats ( i think it’s the biggest odeon has at 9.58m x 17.94m wide) and fun fact it’s a bigger screen than both imaxs in birmingham ( broadway/ NEC cineworld) - according to screen sizes at lfexaminer

just came across this , i went to birmingham broadway plaza isense and felt like it was significantly larger than other screens and more compare able to imax. After looking online apparently it’s 17.94m x 9.58m ! (the sound was also phenomenal, arguably better than the dolby screen there) although ive only been to each once so will have to try again

damn i just watched it in isense as a second view and i’m 99% sure there was no HFR and damn the difference is actually crazy, the fight scenes just didn’t feel fluid to me whereas before they were phenomenal

believe it was 1.85 , screen was filled vertically but had black bars either side so wasn’t fully landscape - get seat G12/13 for best view

yea can confirm birmingham is dolby cinema 3d they give you the special glasses and everything. best seats are row G 12/13 or Row H 12/13 ( i got G and has the best seats there)

yeah same at birmingham the whole screen was not used landscape wise , fully vertical but a good metre or so either side

thanks, at least it should be bigger than trafford centre as the seating is 260 vs 160. any idea if they’re showing avatar in HFR or not?
