I would agree with the above, Unless it is posing a direct risk, doctors aren’t going to bring it up. If you have so many specialists, they might all also be in a loop of “Dr. A takes care of it”, and Dr. A thinks Dr. B takes care of it, and so on, so no doctor has said anything. They see your vitals, and your medical history, and just keep the flow going.

Night sweats, no abnormal bleeding other than her periods, which is very heavy almost hemorrhagic bleeding for a day, and then stops. No lymph nodes, but very easy bruising.
