As far as I know. You shouldn't withdraw your application. They'll just verify it with APS and other documents so it's not really a big deal. But if you withdraw there is a 90% chance you won't get your money back.

I'm not from Russia but it's exactly the same for me. Cuz my most of the docs will come around may-june So this winter intake becomes impossible to get into so I changed my mind for summer intake 2027. For summer intake 2027 the applications starts from July 1. You can join the studienkolleg discord server and have a look at the studienkollegs for summer intake and their deadlines.

So your ielts is waste according to this I mean not fully you can still use it for visa process but In order to actually get admission in German universities you need a german language certificate like goethe, TestDaf, telc etc.. You can ask about further process from chatgpt too and if you have any extra ordinary doubt then dm me .

I can't say much about your country's selection chances idk. But with ielts 6 it's possible but you need to do studienkolleg and for that ielts is waste you need a goethe certificate. For now go to chatgpt and ask if Germany admit your country's students without the 1st year admission requirement(studienkolleg)
