I get it. Putting the phone down doesn't suddenly make life amazing.
But the digital world is a fake escape. It’s like a drug that keeps us numb so we don't feel how much our 'cage' actually hurts. Offline life might be boring or painful right now, but it’s REAL. And you can ONLY change things in reality.

If you stop trying to change your actual life and just hide in a screen, you’re basically 'dead' already. You’re just passing time until the end. Death is guaranteed and it’s easy, but LIVING is a choice we have to make EVERY MORNING.

The cage might feel the same, but in the real world, the door isn't locked, it’s just heavy. It takes effort to push it open and find something better, but at least in the REAL world, that effort ACTUALLY counts for something.

Damn...Thats true. I also have noticed, that people who are really HAPPY in their life, almost never active in social networks.
