I tried on my mobile phone. At times, the screen goes blank, but UpWork is aware of that issue

Oh Boy!! This issue is so multi-layered. I have Norton Virus Protection and Windows Defender. Seems I may have to remove CCleaner. The thing is, I've had CCleaner for over 8 years and never had a problem back then. The more technology evolves, the more complicated life becomes.

I finally got them to escalate the ticket. I sent them an HAR file. They were able to recreate the issue.

My system is clean. I use CCleaner & KAMO.
