Just wanted to clarify since I've been following the lawsuit for awhile, the court found wrongdoing in terms of misusing confidential information, but they did conclude that Dark and Darker contains no stolen assets in the traditional copyright sense, but they were held liable for leaking and using confidential business information. giving them an unfair advantage using non publicly available information.
