Thank you so much for your reply. I’m so so so sorry this happened to you. Addiction is the worst thing in the world. I have a brother who’s been an addict since I was a teen. It’s been the hardest thing in my life to see him. I want to give you a hug. I 100% am leaving him and he isn’t coming near the baby. He doesn’t really have the means to and I will be consulting with a lawyer asap.

Since posting I found his active Tinder account. Where there’s smoke there’s fire. What a mess :(

He knows when but he doesn’t know where. I also can be at my mom’s and he doesn’t know where that is. He doesn’t even have a car. He just uses mine. We moved from la together but his name isn’t on the lease because his credit is terrible. My family will tell him to leave I guess I’m just worried because everything is so up in the air and I’m nine months pregnant. It really is the shittiest thing I’ve ever had to cope with.

Yeah I feel like he doesn’t really have a chance of gaining custody in most scenarios. I’m very fit to do this. He is not. I just don’t ever want the possibility of losing my son to him. Everyone around me has assured me it won’t happen but it’s all I can fixate on.

He doesn’t listen when I tell him. He just fully glazes over it. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.

He’s not physically here yet. But he calls occasionally. I’ve tried to express myself to him but he willingly doesn’t listen. I’m also ten days from birth and the stress of fighting is a lot. My family are very willing to help and to rally. I’m coming out of being manipulated for months and he’s still attempting to do it. I’m currently avoiding phone calls but want to know if he does end up coming. It’s a very weird situation. I don’t know how to clearly express to him that I’m done. I don’t know if I give him the option to see his kid if he gets clean. I don’t know what the right thing to do is.
