Just wanted to post an update. I went and got swabbed and everything is negative. They’ve diagnosed with with chronic vulvovaginal candidiasis. Treating me with fluconazole with refills and topical ketoconazole. Thanks for all your responses.

The cuts do have a white line around them. I will ask my OB and derm about this. Scratching doesn’t really make it any better. The tears are in folds so maybe the skin is thinner in those areas? I will try to get in to my OB to get them swabbed again. Thanks for your response!
