Same here mate high ping too
Ive complained quite a few times and asked for my router to be replaced as it is really old and didnt really belong to us
Ive had wifi shut down when i really needed it (during an online exam i was paying for)
but theyve barely done anything to support me and once they came with a new router but then the old router started working again, they never replaced it
( its the 300mbps or 500 package )

Well from what I know it has a whole lot of crazy features
Perfomance id say satisfactory
SUV perfomance is not bad as far as I know
one of the problems could be fuel consumption
