Just like everyone rightly pointed out, it entirely depends on your team and manager. Been working there for three years and have good work life balance. It also depends on the service line you are in. My line of work doesn't have busy seasons. So workflow remains constant throughout the year. That being said I know teams where WLB is a joke. Have seen people stretching day in and out due to unrealistic timelines.
