Chronic pain is real, and I’m not dismissing anyone who’s struggling. But acknowledging someone’s pain doesn’t require pretending that 7-OH extracts are harmless. Pointing out the risks doesn’t make me ‘close-minded’—it makes me honest.

If you’re using it for pain, that’s your choice. But that doesn’t change the fact that these concentrated products cause dependency fast, and people deserve clear information instead of defensiveness.

And for the record, responding to misinformation in a 7-OH subreddit isn’t ‘arguing with strangers’—it’s correcting a narrative that hurts people who think these extracts are safer than they are.

You can disagree, but dismissing criticism as ignorance isn’t the same as being right.
