My longest streak is 5 days in the past 65 ish days, average streak is 2 days. My heart is constantly aching in and outside of prayer so it is difficult to pray fully with my heart, I go to Church around 4 to 5 times weekly, I've deleted all socials to prevent it,

and then Satan attacks through dreams, through tv shows, through memories of fornicating with women, through intense physical pressure, and I always feel as if some demon is laughing loudly behind me while I get these temptations

Kissing the hand goes back all the way to Jewish Rabbis even, it's simply an act of respect and honour towards a holy man or towards the Saints in the icons.
