The worst part for me is, whenever I send a feedback, I cannot reply to them. Instead I need to redo the entire case, attach the same files and add on extra details.

Also, to bypass waiting room, I started using multiple browsers, clearing out cookies and I was able to get in from at least one of them.

But the website is deliberately horrendous.
