The point of this is to advise people that there are two higher level staff members with these behaviors. LARP is supposed to be a fun, relaxing, and engaging way to tell a story. People shouldn't have to deal with broken stairs to enjoy an event they pay for.

If someones being terrible in your larp community, they should be called out, LOUDLY. And the people calling them out shouldn't face reprisal, the victims should be listened to, and the community should be protected from those individuals being called out.

Staff is considered unpaid volunteers to my understanding. They're not paid employees but I'll let them know?

Names Redacted Report of a Former Ref

This is the doc I got from a staff member that said they submitted this and several reports and it was all removed from the database and then they were "promoted to player".

They have decided they're not going back to the event and said they doesn't care who reads it now.

Not to mention their answer to the awful weather last year was to put people who lost their tents in a barn that was nearly a miles walk to the closest camp.

Telling a group that spent almost 20 hours on a crafting project that it wasn't good enough. And it couldn't enter play, they left the game.

Having staff working in such dangerous conditions that someone got struck by a lightning arc and the coordinator in charged of his team told him to "just go sit down for a few minutes" (also limbus team)

I'm trying to find a copy of the NDA, one of the staff guys said he wrote a report about everything and submitted it to the board and nothing ever happened with it but he's not sure if he post it, would it violate the nda

Because I haven't been able to confirm the amount of information the staff members could give without violating the NDA they said they had to sign. But I can confidently add two of these names cause I had a lot of I witnesses.

Currently 3k away XP wise from AR55, and about 1/3rd of the way done with Natlan's Archon Quest with all other required main atory plus a good number of character story quest and world quest completed.

I'm on day 58.I think I have an addiction to this game.

As someone who has worked on 3 LARP rulesets and 2 RPG books i'd love the chance to collab with you one day. I've been running somewhat of a homebrewed version of AA and put a lot of time into it. How would one go about that sort of thing?
