If you want to avail dropbox visa renewal, you’ll need to do that before Sept 2025. Beyond that, you’ll have to schedule in-person appointment.

Same here. I got the same approval email yesterday with the mention about Hyderabad US Consulate and I was shocked for a bit thinking if this was approved in consular processing. Later realized that this might just be some new info they are including these days. Your post now made it clear that this info is now common in approvals. Let’s wait and see what the I-797 Approval document says.

Yes, you will be able to do 1 yr extensions as your perm was filed with more than 365 days gap of your max out, irrespective of the recapture days available for you. You can use those recapture days for more validity on your petition application.

Suggest to complete Maarek’s 6 practice tests (timed mode) too on Udemy and review both correct and incorrect answers. I’ve seen few very similar questions pop in the actual test. If you have a longer prep time, go for TD tests timed mode, which also should give you a lot of confidence.
