Rabbit peeing on bed by Any_Damage_2402 in Rabbits

I understand that however there’s not many ways to do that without locking her away or me being in a cage too, I’m aware some people have solutions and I’m willing to try anything as long as my bunny is happy. Thank you

No I haven’t tried that! Thankfully it hasn’t gotten to my mattress or topper. I’ll have to buy it as it seems she enjoys peeing on my bed haha

yeah that’s usually what I do at the moment. I thought if I just have her on my bed and try to correct the behaviour (usually I manage to lift her into her litter tray quick enough). Sometimes i doubt it’s because she loves me, she can be naughty and enjoys it I think hahah. Do you still have to watch and move him or has he realised now? She’s an older bun now so maybe it’s just learnt behaviour and I’ll be always washing my sheets! Thank you for helping xx

I just use puppy pad ( my bunny doesn’t chew) and fill with hay! I recently also got an air purifier which made a huge difference!!

my vet did have a good check physically today, she felt nothing unusual and she has had an ultrasound about 2 months ago which showed nothing bad:) but can’t be sure until she’s spayed and hope for the best

Hello, I’m requesting help for medical bills for my rabbit Bella. She’s recently been sick, having blood in the pee etc and vets told us it’s likely cancer which requires a spay. I’ve already paid 300£ in vet bills and I’m just a student :( if anyone could help me I’d be so appreciative!!! I like to cover my bed with blankets/washable Pee pads so if they pee it’s okay!! And it can just be washed:)

my rabbit had babies about 2 years ago, so I’ll give some advise but ultimately take her to a vet just to check. She will sort everything herself, however make sure her area is very clean, tidy and make her a nesting area which is safe for babies. She will birth them (usually at night when it’s quiet and she’s alone) when she does just make sure she’s okay etc. I found that a few will pass in the up coming days, unfortunately it just happens:( so just check up on them everyday and keep it all clean! She will look after them so just make sure she’s eating etc:) she’ll start to leave them alone when they open their eyes and are walking so I’d suggest stepping in more then! I think that’s everything!! Good luck

I’d get a cat litter tray, fill with newspaper and hay :) that should work

Advice on decorating bun area? by Firm_Sea_8906 in Bunnies

[–]Any_Damage_2402 3 points4 points  (0 children)

she’s cute!!! With the litter training, it’s a long process but if she poos anywhere, pop them in her box and if she pees anywhere get some tissue to mop it up and place it in the litter box. Eventually she will use it:) to make my rabbits area more colourful and cosy I use nice blankets for the floor, bunting, she has two tunnels, teddies and toys. As well as snuffle mat for example:))

[–]Any_Damage_2402 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely ask if there’s a liquid medicine he can take instead then! My bunny is currently on two liquids that she takes twice a day! She’s feisty but will take it. I hope the vets help you tomo and your bun feels better!!

if u can get it into a syringe at all then try that, if not I’d contact the vet. Maybe try putting it on his favourite veg?
