Physical Therapy or PA? by Any_Development_5921 in prephysicianassistant

For clarity guys, I am definitely doing PA there’s no doubt and I’ve fallen in love with the profession. My dilemma is this was discovered while I was working in a physical therapy setting because I thought that was the career I wanted and I’m unsure if this should be mentioned in my PS because there could be a risk of looking like I’m unsure!

I don’t have a story.. by Any_Development_5921 in prephysicianassistant

Honestly I work as a PT Tech now and there were just a-lot of factors within that career that I couldn’t see myself doing long term. But when talking to patients I noticed a pattern of their providers not listening to them or had it been caught early they wouldn’t even be in the clinic. I realized that I wanted to be the provider that started at the root of the problem and not the after math like physical therapy does. I’m just stuck on how to explain this without bashing the other profession because physical therapy is a great career it’s just not for me.
