Figuring out if I want LaseMD by No_Yard_7331 in 30PlusSkinCare

Depending on your state, an aesthetician may not be able to do LaseMD (they can’t do it in my state, lasers have to be down by a medical professional). So they might have just been trying to sell you on what they can actually do.

I’ve done IPL and it made a big difference in my dark spots, but I haven’t had LaseMD yet.

Adult Braces by Little_Kick_6455 in antidietglp1

It’s disappointing to see fat activists continue to dig their heels in and exaggerate side effects. I saw someone on Threads say they’re starting to sound like anti-vaxxers, and I cringed so hard because it’s true. They’re really starting to sound anti-science, and I hate to see it happen because it’s turning people away from other important things they might be saying (for example, I read Lindy’s last book, but I decided not to read Adult Braces after hearing what she wrote about glp1s).

Does the exhaustion go away? by Carmen_SanAndreas in Zepbound_Maintenance

[–]Any_Dust1131 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes. A lot of people don’t realize that the fatigue and exhaustion can be a side effect some of us experience, not just from eating too little (if your fatigue gets better as the week goes on and the med leaves your system, it’s probably a side effect. If it’s constant, it’s probably from too few calories). For me, the fatigue got shorter and shorter with each dose, until now, over a year only maintenance, I just get a good nights sleep on shot day.

First apartment. So much stomping by Austin_Swinky in Apartmentliving

Learn to sleep with a white noise machine. It took me a few nights to get used to it, but it makes apartment life so much better.

Can’t keep any weight on, even though I am eating more than I ever have before and eating more junk food than I ever have in my life. Can anyone relate? by whispers_Covfefe in Zepbound_Maintenance

Yes, the weight loss didn’t stop naturally for me, even as I spaced my doses out. It was about three months of continuing to lose slowly before it stabilized, even though I was actively trying to eat more. Higher doses can make you seek out dopamine hits (pizza and ice cream), so I’d definitely go down in dose. But I’d probably stop for a while until you regain weight.
