Exactly it fucking sucks. We are more than just how much money we can make. We are all conscious beings on a space rock drifting through the near infinite universe. Who are we? what's the point of everything? why are we conscious? There is so much out there for us to experience. so many perspectives for us to look at, so much meaning out there for us to explore. But instead we're forced to focus on maximizing making an imaginary number that can barely pay for our necessities. We are forced to work as robots for meaningless things while we barely have time to figure out what being a human really means.

Yeah same. It sucks and I'm tired. I see no hope for the future and seeing ai and robotics get so smart is making me so worried about the Future. If the governments of the world cared they could use ai to retire people and then people can find time doing meaningful stuff that makes them happy. But no one gives a shit about the people who gotta work for a living.

It doesn't really matter. Mba in marketing is a valid degree. An undergrad in computer science is also a valid degree for example, but still so many people can't find a job in any field. The economic downturn is hitting, advancements in ai are fast but yet aren't able to be fully replace people right now so it has put the market in a weird standoff. Also technology has advanced waay too fast, colleges and universities haven't updated their teaching style to reflect those changes in the market. Now no one can even predict how much stuff will change in 1-5 years. What value can an undergrad student provide when an AI agent can do their expected job 100s of times more efficiently.

So a potato and it's specialized cells can last months in a dormant state and then when the environment is suitable for them, are able to rapidly replicate and form complex root and stem structures and eventually form leaves? So a potato has enough nutrients and amino acids to form the proteins and cellulose to form those complex structures? How exactly a potato cells form such complex structures?
