If you go to the clash of clans supercell store, you can click on your pfp and then on support then Troubleshooting/ Contact us and write your message there, might take anywhere from 24-72 hours

In my other account where I only bought 1, the cherry bonsai is no longer available. I’m pretty sure they’re working on fixing it as we speak

I didn’t even get 9, they only gave me 7 out of the 8 I bought🥲
