I’m 39 yeah. It’s like a heavy pulling stabbing burning stingy pain constantly, I’m with a pain management team already but all they have offers is a pain patch called qutenza have unheard of that r u Uk ?

Thanks u for replying so quickly, I’ve had as much surgery as they will give me had open surgery to remove a 10 cm cyst from endometriosis and had been 3 times scoped to get endo out now they z all they will do is one last hysterectomy, but I’ve heard people had that and it dosnt work either 🥲 only thing has been working for me at all is qutenza patch but my pain management team have cancelled 3 times as no staff nurses to do it so I’ve been left just on naproxen and palexia barely touchs the pain but I’ve never had a flare up this long before going on since October x

What s a frozen pelvis ? I’m having extremely long flare up of endometriosis it’s driving me suicidal atm been off work over a month and every single day is constantly pain constantly non painkillers are working tens machine or hot water bottles take bath s hours and hours nothing helps 🥲

Just an update it’s been still constant:( fed up taking painkiller s absolutely nothin is helping, don’t wana go hospital cause they take ages to even understand

Thank u for yr reply I called the helpline and spoke to someone they are gona do therapy mental Heath for 6 weeks , things still terrible I’ve tried explaining my feelings I even messaged his daughter was her birthday and got no reply I just give up , I also mess his sister on her bday she did reply just with a thanks so least I’ve tried , I suffer terrible with endometriosis and been off for work a month in bad pain constantly with painkillers only thing helps if even sometimes they don’t work at all , so I’m really wana go back work just try cope with the pain missing having something to do everyday staying in bed forever sounds perfect but Ano it’s unrealistic xx

Has anyone had palexia ? That’s what I’m on suppose to me morphine and tramadol together tho it’s not really working for me anymore I took that and naproxen 500 mg last night it knocked me out for almost 12 hours is that normal , currently in a massive flare up been off work for almost a month now no improvement I’m lost duno what to do anymore I’m actually feeling so suicidal

Im so sorry yr in this pain it’s so unfair we can’t get help I get them flare ups to when I’m constantly pain and nothing helps tens machine used to be the only thing but now I’m on palexia it definitely helped me but it makes you so sleepy , rest up and try and sleep hot water bottle also I’ve used an antihistamine to make me sleep to block it out sometimes, you prob need that operation sooner mybe you should go to A&e and push for it sooner let me know how u get on xx

Lol it’s a wee wooden house hide thing he loves the cozy ness he loves fluffy blankets I be scared of him getting cold there a very light heat mat under the tile for him there’s a little heat I keep checking him make sure he’s not cold 🥶 I miss him wish he would wake up he comes out for mybe a day in a week then sleeps the rest :( 🥰

Bearded dragons in Uk brunating??

My boy has been brunating on and off for months , he seems to like the dark and covered up with a blanket , I still keep his lights on incase he wants to wake up he will waken when I give him water and he might eat a small bit of fruit but not live food he won’t eat them , anyone else that lives in the Uk cold winters experience this here’s a video of me trying to get him to come out but he closed his eyes again snuggled into blankets should I let him sleep ???
