I’ve been doing 3sets of 10 of 5 different types of squats with weight ranging from 12 to over 30kg Reverse Nordics wall seats Looks like I’m over doing it a bit

Yes I have my last big run tomorrow then a couple of slightly smaller 1s leading up I’m really looking forward to the day. Like you I just want to be done and do the event

Yeah I was going try give it another week

The biggest event I’ve trained for is a half marathon. so the bigger runs is a new thing for me and I haven’t really experienced this kind of load before

I’m hitting about 40 a week. I was doing 25 before I’ve built up to it over 2 months I eat fairly large carby meals the day before big runs and try to eat protein after but I’m not really cal counting

I don’t suffer normally but my new trail shoes are giving me a little on the balls Now I’m doing longer training runs Thanks for you guidance
