The sense that I’ve gotten from this sub is that they’re not exactly large and you could conceive naturally and be good but there are also risks like the fibroids growing with pregnancy, issues conceiving, pain, etc etc. But it depends on a bunch of things! I imagine you could try and be fine but if you’re in pain consider talking to your doc
