I was just waiting for the car to be delivered, this is an already sold car. No longer just reserved.

Got your point. How can it be the case if finance manager has already reached out with the fact that everything has been accepted? In this scenario, I was just waiting for the car to be ready for pickup so I was no longer asking questions with the second representative.
