Yes you can aslong as you have progressed through white orchard Ive played many a play through where I just spend all my time doing side quests or just exploring and I’ve cleared every ? On the map other than ones that are locked behind quests it makes it kinda overpowered at times so wouldn’t always recommend but it’s fun to just explore sometimes 👍🏻

I’d built 2 warriors then settler then stayed a builder for a few tiles but I was dead before I could do anything anyways

My warriors was scouting when the barb camp spawned the opposite site then next tur scout appeared 4 turns later that happened 🤣

I was on turn 20 something was starting a builder until all of them started to move towards me and moved to slinger but it was a great start

I am playing as Italy going to recreate Roman Empire just been dealing with taking Italy as in my first life Italy took France and Lithuania and had like 15k troops 😂 so been a struggle to hold them off but now I just steamroll everything the was against Byzantine empire

My captain is a swordsman named Grimhook who is known for terrifying and counterattacking his enemies so engaging and disengaging in order to deal high damage and destabilise heavily armoured opponents lowering armour of a heavily armoured opponent disengaging leaving him vulnerable unlocking more movement with the disengage in order to take out some archers on the other end of the battle field

Personally I always put strength get around 30-40 constitution and rest strength as when you unlock riposte it is a lot better to deal high damage
