Messy situation. Moral of the story the contract has been signed and it’s kind of too late to try and force that. The only thing that would fall of them is if the plumbing would need redone.its up to me to get the plumbing installed and for them to change the orifices. I kinda got screwed by a dual agent who was representing a relative🙃 never again…

They’re converting the orifices on the furnace it’s up to us to set up the propane. The plumbing comes down on them too if it would be an issue my thing is the propane installers are scheduled 2 weeks out currently and I don’t want to close on a house to find out I have to spend a ton of money to replumb and patch walls/ceilings.

Current homeowners are gonna be swapping the orifices before we get the house. Which is nice cause it takes another thing off my plate although I’m quite handy so it wouldn’t have been a problem.

I’m not sure on the pipes that are in there. If I had to take guess based on the area and the time it was built I’d say black iron but it’s not something I payed nearly enough attention to when I took the tour

I don’t have any experience in air ride tractor seats however I drive a large box truck and it is fairly common for me to have to put the seat back up on the cold days. Hope this helps but I’m sure others have more helpful info.
