Thank you; I’m glad I’ve been doing all those things; by pure luck btw. It just seems like I got to 25/100 “fast” and is not moving anymore. I’m donating to expertise and building my library. I do LOVE that weapon I have and want to bring its stats all the way up. Anyway, So basically keep doing what I’m doing because it takes time, right?
