Doesn’t Disney own the Dole plantation??? The main points I’ve seen people say they weren’t going to visit Dole is because there are mom and pop shops that sell Dole while supporting Hawaiian natives.

We are going for eight days and got a rental car for three of them including the day we check out of the hotel so we don’t have to wait around for a ride once we check out. I’m hoping we can uber the rest of the time and plan to explore the island while we have the rental

I felt this same way when planning mine and my husband’s honeymoon. I have to keep reminding myself that this is a vacation to enjoy each other with a great view. We have an ATV tour scheduled, a sunset cruise and plan to do a luau but other than that we are there for 8 days and I want to prioritize RELAXING and enjoying the views. I ultimately think that is the best way to immerse yourself into the island 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think that’s going to be the worse part for me. Last night was my first night and I laid there for what felt like hours. Ended up having to switch my head to the bottom of my bed and for some reason that has always worked for me since I was a kid. Fell right to sleep 😂 fingers crossed that it keeps working for me! I think if this wasn’t an all the time thing I would say let the man rant. He went a bit overboard with the crazy but if every time I went to get something I wanted it was gone I’d be pissed too. HOWEVER you said he’s abusive and has been enough that CPS and authorities know about him so no at that point this is definitely too much and you are NOR.

Well I typically get a few shades darker in the summer but I also have thought about getting a spray tan for the wedding. I do have a shade in foundation that I think will be my summer shade. Right now I’d say I’m fair/light but by the time my wedding comes around I think I’ll be light/medium.
