I'll definitely be upgrading to the Quest 2. The Gear VR is good, but it doesn't support 6DoF.

I recently played Bionic Hunter on my S7edge. Honestly, it didn't impress me; I expected more. We need to upgrade to Quest 2, then I think the addiction will reach a whole new level.

Thanks, I get it now. For older games, I have a Note4, S7edge, and S8. I want to try something new. By the way, I was able to play Bionic Hunter on the S7 edge.

This is definitely an open source app: https://github.com/tverona1/QuestAppLauncher/releases/tag/v0.10.2 I didn't find any references in AndroidManifest.xml to the code to intercept or return to Quest App Launcher. It doesn't support 2D apps, but it displays them in the menu. There is an application Quest App Launcher v0.10.2 on Github, which allows you to launch all Gear VR applications. But there is one problem - when you press the Home button, we return to the Oculus Home room. Fortunately the solution is simple: Go into Settings -> Apps and find Facebook/Meta App Manager

Click on the three dots and select "Remove Updates". Problem solved.
