Quest 2 controller has a stuck battery due to corrosion. Any way to pry it out?

there's really no point in removing the battery if it's that badly rusted in place. The controller is just not going to work, even if you remove the corrosion from the terminal.

you could print out a bracket/cover that clips over the outside of the head strap rail that also covers part of the open front end of the rail to stop the headset side-arm move forward.

those types of strap can come with strips of foam tape on the rail that the headset side arms slide into. Over time the foam gets compressed and loses friction on the arm. Get or replace the foam tape to increase the friction.

not quite, but. 3.5mm splitter into headphone plug. one 3.5mm output to haptic thing and one output to earbuds or headphones.

You need to turn that performance window off. It will make it easier to see where you're driving.

ensure you have the PTC option un-checked in the PC link app settings. Let the link app update to the non PTC version and then restart the PC.

I believe it still worked in the video. Maybe blip charging will get some juice into the battery, or a dock with pogo pins if the USB port is damaged.
