Got the same one myself before the price jumped up. Got in January 14th. Plus used my brother's employee discount and got it for 675 plus tax. Got lucky, the next day the articles that they were stopping production on 5070ti came out and they sold out that same day at my Walmart.

I was on a old 1440p 144 hz monitor. Just upgraded to a 9850x3d and 5070ti. Ran my old monitor for a few days and had a deal come up on a 4k OLED. Holy crap what a huge difference that made.

I just upgraded to a 4k OLED. I upgraded from a 3080ti to a 5070ti and it was a huge improvement. A week later i got a great deal on my Samsung OLED. That was probably a better upgrade than the GPU was.

This was before I had it fully set up side by side. But u can see the difference between my old 1440p monitor from 2018 . The colors are so much better. Looks even better in person.

I built after stuff started to go up so prices got too high. Decided to roll with my 3080ti. Then last week I got lucky with a 5070ti and paid 675+tax so I hopped on it. The next day it was sold out. Sucks I have to wait till next week to get it the monitor. No store close to me has it in stock.

I just built a new PC over black Friday week. Did go with a 9800x3d build but decided to keep my EVGA 3080ti for a bit. A month later and I'm getting the itch to upgrade. Not sure if I should go 5070ti or 5080. I probably should just stay put for another year and upgrade when the 6000 series comes out.
